Back for its fourth model year, the Hyundai Kona continues to impress us! The 2022 Hyundai Kona returns with four engine options, upgraded styling, and four well-equipped trim levels. Some updates for the 2022 model year include an improved safety suite, a refreshed interior, strengthened suspension, and more. The trim level lineup includes the SE, SEL, N-Line, and Limited. Each trim now comes standard with wireless smartphone integration, driver assists, alloy wheels, and much more. SE
The SE trim kicks off the 2022 Hyundai Kona lineup. Under the hood is a 147 horsepower 2.0L I4 engine mated to a Continuously Variable Transmission. Some exterior features include LED daytime running lights, body-color side mirrors, 16-inch alloy wheels, and more. Inside, you'll find cloth upholstery, an 8-inch touchscreen, standard wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, dual front USB ports, and steering-wheel-mounted audio and cruise controls. Standard driver assists include lane keep assist, automatic emergency braking, a backup camera with parking guidance, electronic stability control, traction control, and rear occupant alert.

SEL
The SEL trim levels up with exterior features like keyless entry, 17-inch alloy wheels, heated side mirrors, rear deep-tinted privacy glass, roof side rails, and an optional power sunroof. Inside, you'll find push-button ignition, HD Radio/SiriusXM radio, optional heated front seats, optional wireless charging, and more. Additionally, more advanced safety assists are included. These include blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and safe exit warning.

N-Line
The sporty Kona N-Line employs a 195-horsepower 1.6L turbocharged I4 engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Exterior features include an exclusive N-Line front fascia, body-color cladding, N-Line badging, 18-inch alloy wheels, and twin-tip exhaust outlets. Moving to the interior, you'll find heated front seats, an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, 10.25-inch digital gauges, red N-Line interior trim, a wireless smartphone charging pad, Harmon-Kardon premium audio, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and alloy pedal covers.

Limited
Topping off the 2022 Hyundai Kona lineup is the Limited trim. This luxurious model features LED exterior lighting, automatic high beam assist, a power sunroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, leather-trimmed upholstery, a larger touchscreen with navigation, rear USB ports, ambient interior lighting, an 8-way power driver's seat with power lumbar support, dynamic voice recognition, an automatically dimming rearview mirror, and much more. The Limited trim also adds driver assists like adaptive cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, parking distance warning, and lane following assist.
